All aftermarket products under the Schaeffler brand

At Automechanika Frankfurt, Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions is introducing a revamped aftermarket portfolio that combines products, technical services, and training under a single Schaeffler brand. The goal of this integration is to simplify the process for repair shops and distributors and speed up repair work.

The company is building the portfolio on three principles: one brand, one product portfolio, and a unified service experience. With a unified global brand, Schaeffler aims to reduce the number of separate service channels and simplify the use of its product portfolio.

The portfolio covers five system areas

The integrated portfolio covers internal combustion engine, hybrid, and electric vehicles. It is divided into five system areas: powertrain, engine, chassis and body, thermal management, and electric mobility.

The integration of Vitesco technologies into Schaeffler expands the offering, particularly in electronics, software, and control systems. The product portfolio includes solutions for air intake, exhaust aftertreatment, fuel delivery, and engine control. Products include injectors, high-pressure pumps, and various sensors and actuators.

The repair product range for electric vehicles is being expanded to include electric axles, power electronics converters, and battery management systems. The goal is to enable repair shops to prepare for the growth of the electric vehicle repair market while the vehicle fleet is still relatively new.

A smaller carbon footprint for LuK products

At the exhibition, Schaeffler is also showcasing the LuK RepSet 2CT, LuK RepSet DMF, and LuK RepSet 2CT DMF repair solutions, which are part of its certified, low-emission product portfolio. According to the company, product-specific CO2e emissions have been reduced by up to 31 percent on a weighted average basis without compromising performance or quality.

The REPXPERT service combines product information, repair instructions, specialty tools, and training. With this service package, Schaeffler aims to achieve shorter repair times, a higher first-time repair success rate, and increased workshop productivity.

Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions will be exhibiting at Automechanika Frankfurt from September 8–12, 2026, on Level 0 of the Forum building, Booth A01.
